1. The whole body of the vehicle is made of quality steel, with advanced technology and strict production process, which ensure it has a reasonable structure, reliable performance, beautiful appearance and simple operation.
2. Accessories are mainly of well-known brands in domestic and overseas, sourced, tested and used in accordance with the requirements of the quality system documents, which will ensure a reliable quality of the vehicles.
3. Semi-trailer series adopt beam-passing structures and longitudinal beam adopts flat type or goose-neck type. The web plate is of manganese steel and welded together with upper plate and lower plate through automatic submerged arc welding to form the longitudinal beam. Pellet blasting treatment technology makes the chassis rust free, cross members penetrate longitudinal beams and are welded together.
4. Non-independent suspension (air suspension optional) consists of tandem leaf spring and suspension support. Reasonable structure, high rigidity and hardness enable the vehicle to bear load and reduce impulsion.
5. To ensure a good anti-corrosion and anti-rusting performance, the body gets three layers of paint spraying as one rust inhibiting primer + two more reinforcing coats.
